FUN7316 I LOVE MY JEEP TJ July 26, 2017
Overall Score
my jeep can go where most people can't take their cars. I like to go to the river and drive through water and mud. I can take my jeep up any mountain road and if I come across a dead end or a washout I have no problem turrning around..I can also park it in tight places too

On certain vehicles equipped with the 6-speed manual transmission, the hydraulic clutch master cylinder linkage rod may break. This may not allow disengagement of the clutch when the pedal is depressed, which could result in unintentional vehicle movement, increased stopping distance and engine stalling. This could cause a vehicle crash without warning. Correction: Dealers will replace the clutch master cylinder linkage rod.

On certain vehicles, the cup plug which retains the park pawl anchor shaft in the 42RLE automatic transmission could be missing or not properly staked in its bore, potentially allowing the shaft to move out of position and preventing the transmission from being placed in the PARK position. If this occurs and the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle may roll away and cause an accident without warning. Correction: Dealers will install a bracket to ensure that the park pawl anchor shaft is retained in the proper position.

Certain sport utility vehicles equipped with a 4.0L engine only. The design of the intake and exhaust manifolds could allow debris to accumulate at the #3 cylinder location. This could result in a vehicle fire. Correction: Dealers will install a manifold shield to modify the air flow characteristics and to prevent the accumulation of debris in the area of the #3 cylinder.

Certain vehicles could develop a high resistive bridge within the ignition switch after sufficient exposure to water and impurities. This bridge would complete the circuit and possibly result in a vehicle fire. Correction: Dealers will install a re-designed switch.
