CHANGES FOR 2013: - New model for 2013. For 2013, Dodge reintroduces the Dart nameplate affixed to a brand new platform replacing the outgoing Dodge Caliber. The Dart is available as a four-door sedan with a variety of engine choices: - 2.0L Tigershark DOHC inline four-cylinder engine with 160 hp and 148 lb-ft of torque, mated to either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission. - 1.4L MultiAir inline four-cylinder Turbo engine with 160 and 184 lb-ft of torque, mated to either a six-speed manual or six-speed Dual Dry Clutch Transmission (DDCT). - 2.4L MultiAir Tigershark DOHC inline four-cylinder engine with 184 hp and 171 lb-ft of torque, mated to either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic trandmission. Trims are SE, SXT, Rallye, Aero, Limited, and GT. SE features include 2.0L Tigershark inline-4, six-speed manual transmission, 16-inch steel wheels, cloth seats, manual six-way driver and front passenger seats, driver’s height-adjustable seat, rear folding seat, four speaker AM/FM/CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary jack, satin silver interior accents, air filtering, solar control glass, tilt/telescopic steering column, power windows with driver one-touch down, power locks, 10 air bags, active front headrests, electronic stability control, hill start assist, brake lock differential, traction control, electronic roll mitigation, trailer sway damping, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, LATCH, tire pressure monitoring, keyless entry with panic alarm, body colour crosshair grille and surround, LED stop/turn taillights, and body colour power mirrors. SXT adds 17-inch wheels, premium cloth seats, air conditioning, body colour door handles, 60/40 split/fold rear seat, security alarm, floor mats, floor console with fore/aft sliding armrest, rear seat armrest with cupholders, display screen in instrument cluster, six speakers, and SXT badge. Rallye adds 17-inch aluminum wheels, premium cloth seats with accents, unique front fascia, dark projector headlamps, fog lights, integrated dual exhaust with bright tips, body-colour crosshair grille with black surround, leather-wrapped steering wheel, steering wheel audio controls, cruise control, EVIC with trip computer, and Rallye badge. Aero trim takes a twist: back are the 16-inch wheels and many other features of the SE, but you are given active grille shutters and the 1.4L turbocharged MultiAir four-cylinder. Also included are cruise control, auto headlamps, air conditioning with micron filter, power windows and locks, power mirrors, remote keyless entry, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, and Uconnect 8.4.
