Fantastic VW .... Similar to Porsche Cayenne. This TReg has 4X4 and LOW Gear that is no longer available on the 2014.

As for performance, the 3.0L V6 makes 225 horsepower and 406 pound-feet oftorque at just 1,750 rpm, which is what the engine turns on the highwayat 100 kilometres an hour driven through its six-speedtransmission.

Rough roads aregobbled up by the suspension and no road noise filters into thewell-appointed cabin.

This great SUV has been trouble free and is great on gas. You will not go wrong with this beauty. This luxurious suv comes with every option available on a Touareg and even has a class 3 trailer hitch, this car has never towed but can tow up to 7700 lbs

not much SUV equipped with air suspension for off road package, but VW did amazing performance and luxury for this Mid size SUV,

This is as awesome ride! never had any really big issues with it. we had to get a van because of our growing family and the resale wasnt so great on it but I sill loved every bit with it.

One of the most under-rated vehicles on the road. It's close relationship with the Porsche Cayenne is evident at way less cost. The performance and fuel economy are outstanding. I average 8L/100km in combined city/hwy. The interior is very functional although it could do with some softer touch materials. It's a go anywhere, do anything, type. I am impressed with it's towing ability, and performance in the snow. My only complaint is that Volkswagen seems to be a very difficult company to deal with. It's their way or no way.

It has something special being German SUV in a good price. This car is very good for families with kids. lots and lots of space. Powerful and safe, the comfortline trim has all the options you will be looking for in car. It is also very comfortable in road trips.

Bought my Touareg TDI in February 2011 right after it came into market. So far very satisfied with comfort, performance and most importantly, fuel economy. Touareg comes with a 85 litre tank, usually last me about 750 hwy/city combined and over 1000 km pure hwy driving. Very happy that I made the switch from gas to diesel.

I love my Touareg V8 with a passion. It's a great looking car, very comfortable and extremely capable. I wouldn't give it up for anything short of $2.00/litre gas. In the city I get around 450km on 100 Litres of Premium, on the highway I get around 700km. That's really the only downside of the vehicle. Reliability has been good but the costs for regular maintenance (brakes, tires, oil changes, etc.) are much higher than your average vehicle. If you know what you're getting into you will love this vehicle too!
