Pretty Dependable
I've had my elantra for a little over a year now, and it's exactly what you need in a commuter's car. It's efficient, roomy enough, has enough jam that you feel comfortable on the highway, and there's a million of them so parts are available when you need.

Best Car we ever owned
We like this vehicle so much we have two of them - bought our first one in 2007 and our second one in 2010. Would not hesitate to buy another nor to recommend it to family.

Great for a student or someone looking for a basic car.
Amazing on gas and the heated seats are a bonus!

Great car
Bought this car new. almost 4 years and 102,000 km later absolutly no problems. We have two kids 13 and 11 who are into sports - no problems fitting a couple of large hockey bags in the trunk. Comfortable drive, even on long trips. Lots of nice extras on it too. Has to be top 3 in its price range. The only down fall is the gas milage. Rarely get 600 kms on a 50 liter tank (low 30's mpg) some city/ mostly highway driving. Would expect more from this type of car. I'd buy another even given the gas milage.

Decent Car
This is a good starter or budget car someone. Great purchase for a teenager or first time driver. It is good on gas, and fairly reliable. Any problems I have had have been warrantied without issue.

Great bang for the buck
I abuse the heck out of my Elantra. I drive it for work and also for pleasure. I love how agile it is. The great power stearing lets you easily do U-turns and park. I drive many rental cars of various makes and models and I feel most comfortable when driving my Elantra. The blindspots are narrow and manageable. I have a manual transmission and still no problem after 70 000 km

2009 Hyundai Elantra

Great Car
We have had this car for about a year now. I love how it drives, how it looks and how the car runs.

It's comfortable even on longer trips. My husband, who is 6'3" and a big man is comfortable in the vehicle as well.

I would recommend this car to anyone who asked. Actually, I've been trying to get my father to buy one too!

Excellent daily driver
The Elantra combines fuel economy with some nice standard features in an inexpensive package. Heated seats, cruise control and air conditioning are standard on the GL. Seats are comfortable on long drives and there is room for the average adult in the back seats. There is good storage in the trunk too.

great little car 5 speed car that drives really well. air vents placed in a better spot than any other car i have driven. handling in the snow isn;t the greatest but other than that i really love this car. fuel economy is very very very good!

Elantra 2009
I have had this car since January 2010 and I have travelled 188000 kilomiteres. I have loved this car considering the price. This is my forth Hyundai and I have never been disapointed. If you are looking for a very good quality price Hyundai is a good choice.

my car
i have owned this car for less than a year and i am already very satisfyed with it. it has proven to be very useful to me in the past. one time in a snow storm, a car pulled to a sudden halt if i still had my old car i would have been a goner for sure but this car stopped just in time. i was saved.

A good car
Considering it's a standard transmission, changes my view a bit. Because of this, the car requires less gas and weighs less, so it doesn't cost me as much to maintain it than it does with an automatic.

Good car for the price
I have had my car for 3 years now and have been pleased with it so far. It is good on gas and has been fairly reliable. I have had a couple repairs done but always under warranty and without any hassle at all. I would recommend this vehicle to someone on a budget.

hyundai is impressive
hyundai has come a long way in cars, they never seem to cease to amaze me. The, ride is smooth suprisingly roomy for a midsize car. Hyunadai warranty is great, bumper to bumper they cover everything. This is the 2nd elantra I have owned I also own a tuscon, and you cannot go wrong with a hyundai

My hyundai experience
I do like the fact that it is very good on gas.It is also quite roomy in the rear for the children.However i dont find the seats to be very comfy when taking a trip.

I was told at purchase that it goes 100km on roughly 5 L of fuel. it actually is 100KM on 10 L of fuel

It's very comfortable.
It is a great car for long road trips or small trips to your friend's house. It has lots of legroom and the seats are very comfortable, the stereo in there is great and I have not had one problem yet. Pretty good fuel efficiency. If one of my friends were to buy this car, I would tell them to get it.
